Lens Cleaning Wipes
These glass-cleaning wipes are perfect. I will be straight and to the point:

* They are sanitary as they are individually wrapped.

* They are just the right size - not too big and not too small.

* They have the perfect amount of moisture. Enough to clean the glasses, but not so much that you have to dry off the glasses. What I am trying to say is, it is enough moisture to clean the glasses, but then it self-dries.

* They perfectly clean the glasses. (Perfectly do the job.)

* They are perfectly made for glasses, lenses, etc., and will not scratch. Never use tissue on glasses, as that will scratch them.

* They are small, convenient, easy-to-carry; therefore, leave some at home, and take some to work.

* They are priceless (I couldn't do without them), but they are very reasonably priced.

* They are not only good for eye glasses, but also good for CDs, computer screens, camera lenses, etc.

Perfect, awesome, couldn't live without them.

Works well once you Understand What it's Doing.
The first time (or even second time) you use these wipes expect a bit of smearing. What it appears this wipe is doing is removing old residue from whatever previous cleaner you used. Once you get the old muck off your lenses these wipes will keep the optics perfectly clean.

Cleans very well and leaves no residue.
When I got the wipes, I first tried them on my glasses and my glasses are the cleanest I've ever been able to get them, crystal clear. I then tried them on my MacBook Pro screen and the same is true. No smudges nor scratches nor residue. The instructions say to first lightly brush the lenses with the closed pad to remove any grit (the dampness removes it), then open the pad and clean the lenses. They do dry quicker than other products but I think this is an advantage. With other products, you tend to put too much cleaner on the lenses and then rub and rub to dry them and get the smudges out. These Zeiss wipes dry out relatively quickly, smudge free, so that all the extra rubbing is avoided reducing wear and tear.

The proper way to clean dslr lenses
Lets me start of my saying I LOVE THESE LENS CLEANING WIPES. there that good. I used one of them to clean my nikon 17-55mm 2.8 G ED lens and another one to clean the BW filter and it left it spot less. I also used it to clean my sigma 8-16mm 4.5-5.6 HSM lens and it worked perfect as well. I have a really hard time wen ever i tried to clean the sigma lens because the coatings on that lens are way different than the coatings on the other lenses i had. I previously tried to clean it with the nikon lens pen but i felt the pen was getting stuck to the glass while i was trying to clean it with the suction cup type of thing.

Here are the lenses I clean and came out spotless. BUT KEEP IN MIND THERE IS A PROCEDURE I HAVE TO FOLLOW SO YOU WONT LEAVE ANY RESIDUE.

I cleaned One packet for each lens
- Nikon 17-55mm 2.8G ED
-Sigma 8-16mm 4.5.5.6 HSM
-nikon 18-105mm
-nikon 50mm 1.4D
-nikon 50mm 1.8 AIS
-nikon 135mm 2.8 Q
-soligor 200mm 3.5

The cleaner works great for all my lenses.

Cleaning procedures

-1st I used a giottos medium rocket air blower to blow of loose debris
-2nd Nikon lens pen to brush off debris
-3rd use the giottos rocket air blower again to blow off the rest of the debris
-4th open up the lens cleaning wipe and start to do circular motions on the lens softly

THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART
-5th as your going around the lens glass with the wipe. lightly blow air form your mouth into the lens so the wipe can start to dry up and take out the
residue its leaving behind.

basically your suppose to keep blowing air on it until it drys the wipe and starts to take the residue a long with it which is not that long. I would say a couple of
seconds and the towel is dry already because it smells like alcohol but leaves it perfectly clean.

Excellent Lens Wipes
I've used various brands of lens wipes and sprays in the past, but nothing works as well as these. I used them on all types of LCD screens including cameras, smartphones and laptops. Additionally, I've used them on glasses, sunglasses and camera lenses with great results.

Unlike other brands, these lens wipes did not leave any residue or streaks on anything I cleaned and they effectively remove dust, dirt and oils (including fingerprints).

I have a pair of glasses that are about 4 years old with the anti-reflective coating. When new, they were easy to clean with almost any sort of lens care product, but as they are aging (and I am assuming the anti-reflective coating is wearing off) any product I try has been leaving frustrating streaks. These wipes are the only ones that can clean this pair of glasses without leaving any sort of streaks behind.

Typically, I can clean a pair of glasses or sunglasses a 3" LCD camera screen and my 4.5" smartphone screen with one wipe. Multiple wipes are needed for bigger jobs like a laptop or monitor screen.

The box I received came with a plastic zippered case and Zeiss microfiber cloth. I did not know these items were included and that was a nice bonus.

I highly recommend this product.

I'll buy more!
I use these EVERY DAY! I use them for my iPads, phones, computers, TV, and my glasses. You don't have to worry about wiping the liquid off with a towel because it dries spot free. I HATE fingerprints and all of this touchscreen technology drove me crazy until I found these wipes. LOVE THEM.

Does the job.
I had been using the Bausch & Lomb Sight Savers Premoistened Lens Cleaning Tissues - 100 Count, 2 pk. for some time as was happy with them, but saw the Zeiss wipes were significantly cheaper (at the time) so I gave them a try. I'm just as happy with them. Very little, if any, difference between the two. It looks like now the price difference is not as significant as it was before, so in the future I'll probably just order whichever is cheaper.

These things are great
They're good for cleaning glasses, camera lenses, computers, mobile phones, and so on. They're even great for cleaning your hands, in a pinch.

Best of all, they are neither a liquid nor a gel, so you can keep them around while traveling and the TSA doesn't get all whiny.

The Best Way To Clean Lenses
I use these to clean glasses, sunglasses, ski goggles, smartphone screens, camera lenses, laptop screens, desktop monitors, mouse track pads and audio display panels. They're inexpensive, quick, convenient and don't smear or leave residue. They eliminate the static build up around a computer screen that otherwise seems to act as a magnet for attracting more dust. They smell pretty much like an Alcohol/Antiseptic Towelette. Once a wipe is removed from its pouch it will dry out within about five minutes so they need to be used immediately after opening.

The only other brand of these that I've purchased is the Walgreen's brand W Lens Wipes. I can't really tell any difference between the two and just pick up whichever is convenient when I run out. Speaking of which, at 200 wipes per box, they last a long time. I put a box of these out in the office work room and it lasted for months.

Keep in Glove Box of car for Sunglasses an Cell phone cleaning on go
These are handy. I use them primarily for cleaning my sunglasses or cell phone when on the go. I never notice my sunglasses need to be cleaned till in the car and on the road. So I keep a sandwich bag with about a dozen of these in my glove compartment, and the problem of dirty sunglasses is no more. It also seems whenever I have a friend in the car, they need to clean their glasses too! So it's nice to have something readily available for them, and they always seem real happy that I have them.
They are individually packaged, they dry out quick, so just about enough wetness for a little tiny cleaning job, such as 1 pair of glasses. You could not use one pad to clean two pair, they would dry out too fast. I have used them for my laptop screen, but the pad could not stay wet long enough to finish cleaning the entire laptop screen.
