These bags are great. Salmon smoked in these have the perfect flavor and vegetables have never tasted so good when included with the fish. I used sliced onion, lemon mushrooms and asparagus and they all cooked to perfection in 18 min!

no grill needed
I purchased two of these from Publix at $3.99 each and used them in the oven. The first one I cooked hotdogs and they come out pretty good. Two days later I tried boneless skinless chicken thighs. They came out great, the only problem was it seems the seasonings was reduced (maybe because of the juices) I just spinkled a little salt on them and they were great. I noticed there was more smoke flavor in the chicken but that may have been my fault. The instructions says to cook at 475 degrees for 10-15 mins with the oven door cracked 2 inches then reduce to 375 degrees and cook the remainder of the time. I didn't do this for the hotdogs but I did for the chicken and definately noticed more smoke flavor. So if you don't have a grill or don't have time to grill this is a great alternative.

I used it once so far to make salmon with veggies and it came out perfect! Definitely worth purchasing.
2 LBS salmon, sprinkle some seasoning on it, cut up red potatoes, zucchini, onion, and garlic, follow cooking directions on packaging and viola!

We love these bags!
We have been using these bags to create smoked and grilled meats for the past couple of years and love the flavor that they impart to meat, especially pork. We have tried the hickory on the past also, but prefer the alder flavor. We LOVE smoking pork spare ribs in these. Just apply seasoning of your choice, place in the bag and grill for 15 minutes, then remove from the bag and cook directly on the grill for another 15 minutes, or until done. The best ribs we've ever had!

Product Description

camerons Products Smoker Bag is made for oven, grill or campfire use. Use with fish, poultry, beef, pork, vegetables and game meat. The wood chip flavoring is already inside, sealed between the bottom two layers of foil and held in place by natural wood syrups, so preparation of your meal is a snap. The fish, poultry, meat, tofu or vegetables can be placed in the bag with seasonings to your taste – no fats, oils or salt need to be added. Fold the opening end three or four times to seal and press firmly. Place on the medium high barbeque grill or on the bottom rack of your 500 degree oven for the times given. The bag will balloon while cooking. Remove and cut the top open with a sharp knife for your moist and tasty smoked meal. Serve food from the foil bag and then toss away the bag. NO CLEAN UP AT ALL. Alder is the mildest taste and best for fish. This set includes a pack of 6 alder bags. Easy to use instructions and recipes are included on the packaging.
